Maintenance of oil seal of fuel injection pump
1. The light diesel oil of the national standard must be used. The diesel oil should be filtered through precipitation for 48-96 hours.
2. Pay attention to the cleanliness of diesel tank and diesel filter.
3. Check the oil in the governor every day and add it in time when it is insufficient.
4. If there is a skeleton oil seal between the fuel injection pump and the governor, oil should be added separately.
5. If the oil surface rises due to oil dilution, it indicates that serious oil leakage of fuel injection pump and oil delivery pump should be eliminated in time.
6. After the diesel engine runs for 100 hours, it is necessary to replace the oil and clean the filter screen of the oil pump.
7. The fuel injection pump shall not be disassembled or adjusted at will, especially in the sealed parts. When it is really necessary to disassemble and repair, it should be done after the clean place.
